By commissioning me or purchasing a custom design from me, you have read these and agree to the listed terms.MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED FOR NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR GENERATIVE AI!

✧ General ✧

Please be respectful of my time and policies.
All art will be completed within 6 months, if I do not complete your art within this time, you will receive a full refund.- My prices are in USD,
I only accept Paypal at this time.- I have every right to decline any commission
I see fit regardless of reason.- Payment is required upfront
for me to work on your commission.- I do NOT do refunds after I have sent a sketch,
please be responsible with your money.- Commission can take roughly 2 weeks to 2 month to
complete, unless stated otherwise. Please do not rush me.- Commercial use of my artwork or designs is not allowed, if you want to sell merchandise of the design/art speak to be about it first.- Please provide all possible references when detailing your commission. I will not work with AI generated images.Process
- I will first send a sketch draft and you will be required to tell me what changes/additions need to be made (within reason).- Then a second draft will be sent. This is the final opportunity for asking for adjustments.- Please be mindful of my time when asking for changes.- No more adjustments will be made after the sketch has been approved, do not ask. Make sure you like the sketch before proceeding.- I will not make changes after a commission has already been completed.

✧ Custom/Adopts ✧

- Do not resell my designs for more then purchased
unless you have commissioned additional artwork.- Please Credit my toyhouse account (SPAVCECADETS)
for any design you have bought from me or
I have created for you.- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse!
Even if you plan to upload to a new site, the original toyhouse
profile must still be there.ADOPTS:
All bids are final, no exceptions. Do not bid more then you have. Do not edit or delete your bid after it has been placed.
Payment will be taken upfront before I have started If you need
to back out of a bid, please dm me to let me know!CUSTOMS:
Make sure you have reference images so I can
better understand what you want for your character.
I will not copy from pre-existing designs, even if it is a small part of said design. With that being said, I am fine with making characters inspired by copyrighted works, you just need to let me know first.
Please make sure you provide all the details of what
you want for your design before I accept your commission.
Do not send payment until I have told you to do so.
Refunds are not allowed after you have approved the sketch.- No changes will be made to your adopt/custom after it has been paid for/completed. You may make small changes if you'd like,
but do not edit the original artwork.

Will Draw:
Furries/anthro, feral animals, pokemon, light gore (blood/scratches), fanart (maybe), Human(oids) (maybe/ask), Simple mecha (ask).Will Not Draw:
Complicated Mecha, nsfw, heavy gore, designs will many small details/very complicated patterns.If your unsure if I can draw your design, just ask!
I will let you know if I am able to draw them or not. I
will never accept a commission of a character I can't draw correctly.

✧ Commission Prices ✧

Adding an extra character will be + 100% of the original price.
So if a commission is $10 but you want an extra character added, the commission will instead cost $20.
Simple cel shading and simple backgrounds are free of charge.There is a $2-$5 complexity fee depending on how complex the design is.

$10 USD - Regular
$5 USD - 100x100 Pixel
$7 USD - 250x250 Pixel
$8 USD - 250x250 Pixel GIF
Includes neck + shoulders. Can also add a
hand/paw in there if you want.

✧ Halfbody ✧

$15 USD
Includes mid torso + arms. I can also add
hand/paws or part of the character's tail if you want.

✧ Fullbody ✧

$20 USD
Includes your entire character.

✧ Chibis ✧

$10 USD - Regular or 250x250 Pixel
$8 USD - 100x100 Pixel

✧ Sketchpage ✧

$20 USD - Default
Default includes 1 halfbody and 1 chibi, you can add additional artwork for an added cost.
Keep in mind these are sketchy and messier then my regular commissions.

+ 1 Chibi (Regular) - $6

✧ Lineless Symmetry Custom ✧

$20-30 USD Base Price
Price depends on complexity. designs with complex designs and many small details will likely cost more.
Simple custom design that has a lineless style and is also symmetrical. Includes a front and back view of your design.
I can do most species just ask!
